The Berezivka Villa 

The original sketch of a two-storey building with large windows and green roof. Includes a panoramic living room, six bedrooms, cabinet, kitchen, dining room, home cinema, spa, swimming pool and garage.

The building is semi-submerged into the landscape. It encloses a nice cosy courtyard. The pool has a great view onto the lake valley while the large glass facade of the living room is oriented towards a pine grove. The garage block is connected to the main volume by an open stone walkway with metal encompassing beams.
